And he's not strapped into the swing (?), so it's definitly a scary situation at your house! :)
He's so adorable. He and my little niece Alyssa (we're in SD) would make a good pair. Her legs are the FATTEST legs I've ever seen. She has rolls where I've never seen rolls before (and since this is a public blog, I won't say where!). Give him a squeeze from me!
I am a home-birthing, babywearing, co-sleeping, vaccination-delaying, cloth-diapering, non-circumcising, tv-eschewing, organic-eating, right-leaning, tandem-nursing, extended breastfeeding, music-loving, book-devouring, stay-at-home wife/mamma and follower of Christ.
After five years of primary infertility, we were blessed with four children in five years: Mercy Eliana (In mercy God has answered me), Judah Raphael (Praise, for God is my Healer), Zion Joel (Joel 2:25 "And I will restore unto you the years that the locust hath eaten") and Shiloh Enoch, born on Mercy's 5th birthday.
Our story does not read the way we would have written it, but clearly, God's thoughts were better than our thoughts and His ways were better than our ways (Isaiah 55:8). The story He wrote in its place was far better than we could have imagined.
My blog follows that story as God wrote it, and as it continues to unfold.

Unfortunately, he's never in the swing long enough to be strapped in. In the tradition of his brother and sister, he hates the swing.
ReplyDeleteZion actually has cellulite on his belly and legs. It cracks me up. He weighs almost as much as Mercy did when she started walking!
How cute - what is he weighing? Bella-Ann is up to 14:) at 6months old!
ReplyDeleteWe haven't had him weighed in a while, but since he's wearing 6 & 9 month clothes, we're guessing he weighs around 16 or 17 pounds at 7 weeks.
