Guess What Judah Was Doing...

...while I cut his hair?

Yep, he was playing with my tinted lip balm. Oh, what a mess. But at least he was reasonably still while I cut his hair. His daddy said, rather unkindly, if accurately, that he looks like Moe of Three Stooges fame in the last picture.

I'm Glad We Live in the Digitized Age

Because I would have to use a whole roll of film to get one okay shot of my three wild children. Not excellent, or good. Just okay.

Here, Judah was blowing rasbperries on Zion to make him laugh for the camera....a nice gesture, except that now we can only see the top of Judah's giant blonde head.

Here, Mercy and Zion have tears glistening in their eyes even though they're laughing. Zion had been screaming his head off, and I had scolded Mercy for making faces instead of smiling. Judah has his legs drawn up because I was tickling him to make him laugh (Believe me, I did NOT feel like playing games after picture 342.)

Finally, I decided this was as good as it was going to get. We had been ready for church early, but by the time I finished with picture taking, we were late. If I did not feel an obligation to take pictures for my children's biographers, I would never do it.
